The housing affordability crisis has mushroomed into one of the most pressing issues in our state. Concerns about displacements, gentrification, and homelessness have permeated the statewide discourse. But these issues have somewhat different manifestations in urban and rural areas — or do they? This interactive session will endeavor to find equitable solutions to both — keeping in mind that how we treat the crisis in one part of the state will influence what will happen in the other.
