The electoral college has given us our leader (POTUS) 2x so it should be disbanded. As well, how we vote contributes greatly to the outcome. Oregon has “vote by mail” exclusively with more participation and opportunity. Ranked-choice voting is also a solution to getting leaders that reflect their constituency.
